- “Services” refers to the beauty treatments offered, including but not limited to facials, lash lifts, semi-permanent makeup, eyebrow microblading, sugaring, and waxing services.
2. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS
- All appointments must be booked through our website or by contacting us at +1 (850) 454-5125 or info@makeupgasby.beauty.
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
3. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash at our location.
- All service payments are non-refundable, except in cases where MAKEUPGASBY LLC cancels the appointment.
- If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before receiving a treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment is unsafe for the client.
- Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent for specific services.
5. CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled, and you may be charged a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
6. GIFT CARDS & DISCOUNTS
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
- MAKEUPGASBY LLC and its staff are not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or skin conditions resulting from services if the client fails to disclose relevant medical information.
- Clients assume all risks associated with beauty treatments and agree not to hold MAKEUPGASBY LLC liable for any side effects.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content, images, logos, and materials on makeupgasby.beauty are the property of MAKEUPGASBY LLC.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from this website without prior written consent.
